For interactive apps or AI tools, you retain ownership of any inputs or assets uploaded. You grant ASK Studios necessary processing rights strictly to execute the intended service functionality.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we design for high availability and reliability, uninterrupted uptime is not guaranteed.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASK Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.
